  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup (140g) almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup (90g) UNCLE TOBYS’ Traditional Oats
  • ¼ cup (45g) ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp favorite dried fruit
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Combine dates, almond butter and maple syrup in food processor; pulse until dates are fully chopped and combined.
  • In a bowl mix together UNCLE TOBYS’ Traditional Oats, flax seed, dried fruit and cinnamon. Add date and almond butter mixture and stir until fully combined. Roll into 1 tablespoonful balls.
  • Place balls into an airtight container and refrigerate for 1 month.
