SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE OATS
Cooking time: 5 minutes
200g blanched and roasted hazelnuts
200g Medjool dates, seeds removed
4 ½ cups (405g) UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Cooking Oats
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
3 tbsp PLAISTOWE Premium Dutch Processed Cocoa
Zest of 1 orange
200mL coconut water
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
¼ cup mixed fresh berries
- In a food processor, add the hazelnuts, dates, half the UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Cooking Oats, vanilla, PLAISTOWE Premium Dutch Processed Cocoa and zest. Pour mixture into a large bowl and stir through reserved oats. Spoon into an airtight jar, ready to use.
- For a portion, simply weigh out 64g of mixture into a saucepan with coconut water and heat gently over a medium-low heat for 3 minutes, or until it’s the consistency that you like. Serve each portion with yoghurt and berries.
