Uncle Tobys Plus Berry Smoothie

A nutritious and delicious brekkie for mornings on the run

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (30g) of your favourite Uncle Tobys Plus cereal

2 slices (70g) canned or fresh pineapple

½ banana

1 cup (125g) frozen mixed berries

2 tablespoons low fat natural or coconut yoghurt

1/3 cup (80ml) milk of your choice

Fresh raspberries and extra Uncle Tobys Plus to serve.

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass or bowl and serve with raspberries and extra Uncle Tobys Plus cereal as desired.
