Whole grain Cereals (72%) [(Oats (54%), Wheat (18%)], Sugar, Macadamias (2.5%), Honey (2%),  Malt Extract (Barley), Glucose (Wheat), Wheat Flour, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Bran, Flavour, Wheat Starch, Wheat Germ.                                                                                                   

Vitamins & Minerals: Minerals (Calcium, Iron, Zinc), Vitamins (C, Niacin, E (Soy), B1, B2, B6, Folic Acid).
