Oatmeal and porridge are basically all the same thing – it just refers to the finished product you make when you add milk or water to your oats and cook them. At UNCLE TOBYS we like to refer to oatmeal as a chunkier, courser bowl of porridge or oats such as our O&G Chunky oatmeal, as opposed to our Quick Oats and Sachets which produce a creamier bowl of oats.
