Peanut Butter & Berry Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup (20g) UNCLE TOBYS® Traditional Oats
  • 1 cup (250mL) skim milk

METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Serve into 2 glasses.
  • Tip: To make it sweeter, just add 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
