Honey Oat Balls

Honey Oat Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 2½ cups (225g) UNCLE TOBYS’ Traditional Cooking Oats
  • 1 cup (200g) pitted prunes
  • ¼ cup (60mL) honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 50g butter, melted, cooled

METHOD

  • Process 2 cups UNCLE TOBYS’ Traditional Cooking Oats, prunes, honey, cinnamon and butter in a food processor until well combined.
  • Place remaining UNCLE TOBYS’ Traditional Cooking Oats on a plate. Using 1 level tablespoon of prune mixture at a time, roll into a ball, and then roll in remaining oats to coat.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Store oat balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
