INGREDIENTS

Chocolate oats mix

  • 200g blanched and roasted hazelnuts
  • 200g Medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 4 ½ cups (405g) UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Cooking Oats
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 3 tbsp PLAISTOWE Premium Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • Zest of 1 orange

Porridge

  • Ingredients
  • 200mL coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup mixed fresh berries

METHOD

Chocolate oats mix

  • In the bowl of a food processor add hazelnuts, dates, half the UNCLE TOBYS Traditional Cooking Oats, vanilla, PLAISTOWE Premium Dutch Processed Cocoa and zest.
  • Pour mixture into a large bowl and stir through reserved oats. Spoon into an airtight jar, ready to use.

Porridge

  • For a portion, simply weigh out 64g of mixture into a saucepan with coconut water and heat gently over a medium-low heat for 3 minutes, or until it’s the consistency that you like.
  • Serve each portion with yoghurt and berries.
