Use these 5 easy steps to pack a balanced lunchbox
1. A tasty sandwich: Wholegrain or wholemeal breads are great choices.
2. Piece of fruit: You’ll be half way to your two serves of fruit for the day.
3. Some dairy: Pop in a tub of yoghurt, some slices of cheese or a milk drink.
